STRATEGIC MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Strategic Marketing and Business Development is the foundation of our organization, allowing us to help navigate the course of activities to generate revenue. By helping businesses identify their goals and develop measurable actions to support those goals, we continue to help companies make daily, weekly and annual progress. We assess client needs via a customized tool in an interview process. This process is crucial and involves both parties to insure measurable success. This plan becomes a working plan, from which to refer, to work, and to chart progress.
MULTI-MEDIA DESIGN AND BRANDING:
A pivotal part of marketing includes building a company's brand awareness. Our Graphic Design Department is equipped to create logos, (enhance/revise/update logos), web design, printed promotional collateral-such as brochures, rack cards, schedules, newsletters, posters, business cards, and trade show graphics and displays. We customize our work based on the client's individual needs.
EVENTS:
CMR also produces various trade shows both internally and for clients. Our portfolio includes large scale municipal and corporate events such as "The America's Hometown Celebration" in Plymouth, The Home and Garden Show presented by Balboni's Landscape Supply, South Shore's Finest Bridal Expo, and The Mom's and Dad's Guide Kid's Expo. Via aggressive outreach, CMR continues to develop, to build, and to promote events in the South Shore and Metro South area. The promotion of these events includes a multi-media approach with media partners, 95.9 WATD, Community Newspapers and numerous others.
In addition to large scale events, CMR has successfully organized and implemented Open Houses, Professional Networking Events, and Community Education Programs.
CMR has orchestrated a successful formula for producing events. We pride ourselves on our integrity, credibility, savvy budget management and contract negotiations. A significant benefit in using CMR's event production division for community outreach rests on the fact that CMR is a local company. We consist of local professionals connected to the communities in which we live and work. MEDIA RELATIONS:
Being keen to potential opportunities, and knowing how to manage media outlets, we are equipped to write copy and apply it to the "right" form of media. Meeting timely deadlines and presenting accurate information affords us to maximize free press for your company.
Relative to ad placement and negotiating space via print, radio, or web, our staff recognize the confines for which to optimize coverage while stretching the budget.
PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS:
Whether we, your business and CMR, should decide a direct mail piece is in order or an e-blast, or a media campaign, we have the means to execute any or all of the aforementioned. Working with mail houses, print companies, media outlets, etc. we accommodate the best suited vehicle for the intended message and audience.
SALES:
CMR's staff of experienced professionals have training in current sales techniques, with a focus on needs based selling-the Miller Heiman concept of Conceptual Selling. Knowing how to sell is an important element in revenue generation. Face-to-face selling--identifying a prospect's need and delivering a solution to fulfill that need is essential. However, should the focus or direction suggest telephone sales, we adapt our approach accordingly.
Soliciting sponsorship for programs or events is often necessary. We then generate a list of offerings for the intended sponsor at multiple levels. With follow through, we work to create a win-win between the sponsor and your business.
